Yeh Lo graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1984 with a B. S.
degree in Electrical Engineering and joined NTIA in 1985. He has been responsible for
RF system design, data analysis, and field measurements since the origin of the digital
probe. His experience has included work with both the digital and analog impulse response
measurement systems.
