Security Requirements Deadline is January 9, 2004

Dear Colleagues,

I'm looking forward to a productive meeting in January. There is still time to sign up to attend, but there is a deadline imposed by the site where we will be meeting.

If you are coming to the VQEG meeting in Boulder, Colorado, (and if you have not done so already) please send the following information by January 9, 2004 to EVERYONE listed under Contact Information below:

US Citizen? Yes/No

If Not a US Citizen additionally:

Attendee Passport #
Attendee Date of Birth
Attendee Country of Birth
Attendee Country of Residence

Note that this is required because the meeting will be held at the Boulder Labs site which has strict security rules. If the information is not provided by the deadline, then the security guards will not let you in.

All participants are required to show picture identification (for foreign attendees, this is a passport), to the police at the guard station when entering the DoC campus and upon entrance to Building One.
